Doug Rauch, former president of Trader Joe's, is doing his part to rescue six billion unharvested/unsold pounds of fruits and vegetables each year. Doug created Daily Table, the not-for-profit retail model that brings affordable nutrition to food deserts. He joined us to talk about changing the paradigm - behavior to reimagining how to make nutritious, affordable food available to all.

Renowned artist Jennifer Rubell whose whose famous breakfast installation at Art Basel Miami pushed the boundaries of participatory art, joined artist and muscian Sally Taylor to talk about their shared fascination with eating, dining and hosting.
